Product Introduction: M06 Uncooled Infrared Thermal Imaging Core

The M06 is a high-performance uncooled infrared thermal imaging core designed for a wide range of professional and industrial applications. It features a 640×512 resolution with a 12μm pixel size, providing clear and detailed thermal imagery across its 8-14μm working band.

Key features include an impressive NETD of ≤ 40 mK @ F1.0, 300 K, ensuring excellent sensitivity to temperature differences even in challenging conditions. With a 50Hz frame rate and a 45.76°×37.31° field of view, it delivers smooth, real-time thermal video. The core supports manual focusing and offers nine different false color palettes, including white heat, black heat, and rainbow, to enhance image interpretation.

For integration, the HT-M06-0609C provides both USB digital video output and CVBS analog video output (PAL 720×576), offering flexibility for various system designs. It is compatible with a 3.3V to 16V power supply, consuming only 0.8W. Its compact dimensions (25×25×30mm) and lightweight design (31g) make it an ideal solution for integration into various systems, including handheld devices, drones, and security equipment. The operating temperature range of -30°C to +50°C and storage temperature range of -40°C to +70°C ensure reliable performance in diverse environments.
